Its almost time for the release of the Coronado in Adams Morgan.

This month marks the release of the Coronado Condominium in Adams Morgan. The building is slated to hit the market by the end of April and I'm sure its going to be a hit. The creation, by NOVO Development, carves a niche into the mid-range condo market at a time when competition is few and far between. The units while priced well, both fit on the smaller and larger side than one would expect for the area, depending on the model chosen. More can be found at BuildingDC.com.
