Are you interested in Capitol Hill?
A few months ago Jenkins Row Condominium was released to the public. The building, while larger than 95% of the surrounding developments (including Brook Rose's Iridium Condo), has been uniquely incorporated in the community. The finishes are distinctive and remind me a bit of 777 7th street, AKA Residences at Gallery Place. I can't imagine its easy for a developer to create unique spaces in a complex this large but the finished product is nothing less than impressive. The community is anchored by a Harris Teeter and a Starbucks coffee. More at BuildingDC.com

Marty's Whitman Listing
Marty, my associate, just listed a great unit at the Whitman. Its one of the only two units available in the Whitman with a den and its priced competitively with the other 1 bedrooms without a den in the building. The space in the unit is great, it has tons of windows and light, and the views are breathtaking. Plus the roof has a pool and barbecues for unit owners. More on the building can be found at BuildingDC.com
