I am always amazed at Marty's ability to sell units faster than the market. His unit at the Whitman sold faster than any of the other seven that were listed within 45 days of his and he was able to negotiate a fantastic sale price for the owner. The Whitman is right near the Walter Washington Convention Center and has Metro access, a gym, pool and party room available for residents.

Its almost time for the release of the Coronado in Adams Morgan.

This month marks the release of the Coronado Condominium in Adams Morgan. The building is slated to hit the market by the end of April and I'm sure its going to be a hit. The creation, by NOVO Development, carves a niche into the mid-range condo market at a time when competition is few and far between.
